Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any tools available on EffectSnap.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using EffectSnap on behalf of an organization or business, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our tools.
Description of Service
EffectSnap provides creators with a browser-based suite of motion graphics generators, mockups, kinetic typography engines, and video overlay utilities. Our platform enables creators to customize and record animations in real time at up to 60FPS in MP4 or transparent WebM format without requiring desktop software like Adobe After Effects.
All animations are rendered locally in your web browser. We do not charge subscription fees, apply watermarks, or require users to register accounts.
Intellectual Property & Output Ownership
Your Content & Export Rights (100% Yours)
You retain complete, exclusive ownership and copyright over the video clips, images, and creative assets you generate and download from EffectSnap. You are granted an unconditional, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, broadcast, distribute, monetize, and sell content created with EffectSnap for personal, non-commercial, and commercial projects without attribution.
EffectSnap Platform Rights
The EffectSnap name, logo, custom algorithms, user interfaces, website design, stylesheets, and underlying code are the exclusive intellectual property of EffectSnap and its creator. You may not copy, replicate, clone, or redistribute the source code or platform design without express prior written consent.
Tool-Use Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct
To protect our community, prevent unlawful conduct, and preserve platform availability, you expressly agree NOT to use EffectSnap or any of its tools for the following restricted activities:
Deceptive Impersonation & Malicious Fabrication
You must not use chat animators, notification generators, or profile card tools to forge fraudulent communications, fabricate non-consensual conversations, forge financial transactions, or defame, extort, or maliciously impersonate real individuals or institutions.
Illegal, Defamatory & Harmful Content
You may not generate animations containing content that is unlawful, hateful, racially discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, obscene, inciting violence, or infringing upon third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Automated Scraping, Denial of Service & Abuse
You agree not to deploy automated crawlers, headless bots, scrapers, or scripts to bulk-hit our servers, cause denial of service (DoS), bypass rate limits, or overwhelm our hosting infrastructure.
Reverse Engineering & Commercial Clones
You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, mirror, frame, or republish EffectSnap's proprietary front-end web application code to construct a competing, commercial mimic tool.
Third-Party Advertisements & External Links
EffectSnap may display third-party advertisements served by partners such as Google AdSense. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for the products, services, or content featured in third-party advertisements or external websites linked to our platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")
EffectSnap is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
While we strive for 60FPS fluid playback and broad browser compatibility across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, we do not warrant that rendering will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all legacy devices or unsupported video codecs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall EffectSnap, its owner, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our service.
You assume full responsibility and risk for the content of any animations you render, publish, or distribute on third-party networks using our tools.
Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time. When updates occur, we will adjust the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of EffectSnap following any changes constitutes your binding agreement to the revised Terms.
